At Oakfield Rugby Park, we strive to deliver a seamless and memorable experience, whether you’re booking our venue or purchasing merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility
Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.):

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Venue Bookings (Weddings, Events, etc.):

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds for cancellations depend on the notice period:

60+ days’ notice: 75% refund (excluding deposit)

30–59 days’ notice: 50% refund (excluding deposit)

Less than 30 days’ notice: No refund

Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, and images are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Oakfield Rugby Park is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of enjoyment resulting from use of our services or products.
